Abu Mazhar (London, United Kingdom) publishes Nomi. Contact: abumaz99@hotmail.com.
Nomi for iPhone stores daily steps, sleep duration, mood, energy, stress, tags, optional private notes, and consent records on this iPhone. There is no sign-in and no account. Nomi does not collect raw health samples, heart rate, location, contacts, microphone recordings, or advertising identifiers, and does not send your check-ins or notes to an AI or model provider.
Health access and reminders are separate, optional choices. Declining either one does not prevent local check-ins.
If you allow it, Nomi reads steps and sleep from Apple HealthKit with read-only permission and reduces them to daily totals. Those totals stay on this iPhone and are only shown back to you. Nomi does not write to Apple Health, and health data is never used for advertising or marketing.
Nomi does not send your data to the developer or to any server, and data is not sold. If you export, you control where the file goes. Export is a CSV file or a Nomi backup that you share yourself, and Nomi does not upload it. Restore only reads a backup file you pick.
Check-ins and daily health summaries stay on this iPhone until you delete them in Settings or uninstall the app. They are kept in the app's private storage and protected until the first unlock after the phone starts. They are included in the phone's standard encrypted iOS backup, so restoring the phone can bring them back. Nomi does not copy them to CloudKit or iCloud Drive.
Depending on UK data-protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may complain to the ICO. Because your data stays on your iPhone, you can export it or delete it yourself in Settings. You can also email abumaz99@hotmail.com.
If a later version adds anything that leaves your iPhone, such as an account or cloud backup, this notice will be updated before that version is released.
Nomi is general wellbeing software, not a medical service or medical device. It does not diagnose or provide crisis counselling. In immediate danger call 999 or go to A&E. Samaritans are available on 116 123.
